1. How Customers Can Initiate a Refund Request

If you believe your payment was charged in error, duplicated, or you experienced a failed transaction, you may contact us within 48 hours of payment using the following method:

Please include your Order ID, Transaction Reference Number, and Payment Date when contacting us.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.


2. Refund Eligibility

As our service provides instant digital access to subscription content upon successful payment, no refunds are applicable once a subscription has been activated.

All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fees

  • Auto-renewal payments

  • Promotional or discounted subscription offers

  • One-time digital access charges

Refunds will only be processed in the following exceptional cases:

  1. Duplicate payment made for the same subscription.

  2. Failed or incomplete transaction where the amount was deducted but access was not provided.

Such cases will be verified by our billing team and processed accordingly.


3. Refund Processing Timeline

For eligible refunds (as stated above):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Please note that actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@rivaham.com.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the current active billing period.
